Miyuki® Delicas are extremely uniform cylinder beads manufactured by Miyuki Shoji in Japan. Delicas come in a variety of sizes and a wide range of hundreds of colors. They can either be smooth or six sided (hex-cut).
Delica beads have a center hole that is larger, which makes them light with more beads per gram of weight and provides easy passage of the beading thread through multiple times. Delica beads are preferred by artists for loom work or off-loom bead weaving projects that require an even, symmetrical appearance. Delicas have the most extensive color palette of all the Miyuki seed beads.

The middle size 10/0 Delica – DBM are slightly larger than the DB but have the same even and symmetrical appearance. The largest size 8/0 Delica – DBL like the other sizes are ideal for beadweaving, but also can be threaded onto thin leather or cording because of their generous hole size.
