Toobs are a slotted tube with fold-down ears on each end. The first row of beads slides into the slit and the ears on each end fold down to secure the beadwork.
Toobs are made to be used with size 11 cylinder beads!
Use Toobs with loomwork, square stitch, or peyote stitch.
To use them with peyote stitch, add another bead to the "up" beads on the first and last peyote row. These additional beads will be the ones that slide into the tube.
Brooch Toobs, with pin and latch, 48mm including extended "ears", with a brass base (nickel-free!).
Will accept beadwork 43mm wide.
