Elegant evening, indeed. This mix is absolutely perfect to wear with the fabled "little black dress". Elegance is not required, however: This mix adds a little class to anything you wear it with, from a formal gown to a t-shirt and jeans. The beads are Delicas, which means they are excellent. The color mix is very well done. I am not as visual as most beaders seem to be; my teenage daughter is, and she does a lot of my mixing. I am getting an education in color, texture, etc., and I purchase bead mixes as part of my "training". (Poor me, right?) Elegant Evening had many colors I would have chosen, but also one or two that I would never have picked; they were the shades that brought it all together. One more lesson learned. There are enough beads in this mix to make anything else you'd create with one tube of 11/0 Delicas. I'm making a peyote bracelet (blind, lest I ruin the mixture by forcing my lesser skills on it) and a pair of earrings, although I'm not sure exactly what kind. I enjoyed the colors so much I also purchased the Miyuki Bead Soup in the same colors...
