Our Copper Overlay Chain is produced by applying an average of 40 mils (1 micron thick - 40/1,000,000 inch.) of copper onto the surface of our high quality brass based chain, charms and components utilizing an advanced acid copper Electro-Depositing process. Copper Overlay Chain may be worn all the time. It has on average 7-10 times the thickness of most plated chain.
