Roberta Poff, often referred to as Robin, is the driving force behind QBs Lampwork, (www.QbsLampwork.com ). She is the mother of two, now grown sons, and she lives in the area of Auburn, just south of Seattle, WA.
Robin has been lampworking since 1997 when she was talked into attending a lampworking class by a friend. Robin fell in love with beadmaking and never looked back. Perviously, she did freelance 3D computer graphics and animation in addition to teaching art at a Montessori school. Now she is a serious full time lampwork artist, attending both local and national level shows. Robin often volunteers to demo at local events, and is a very generous teacher, helping students to understand the joys of lampworking.
