'Farfalle' is Italian for Butterflies, which these lovely little beads resemble. The more popular name in the US is Peanut Bead, maybe a bit more descriptive.
Whichever name you choose to use, these are lovely little beads that fit together very nicely! They are perfect to make spiral ropes with, and you can do interesting patterns with right angle weave.
We offer these in 6" tubes, weighing appx. 28 grams. 2mm x 4mm. There are roughly 33 beads per gram, so that means a tube holds 924 beads.
Peanut beads are a fun and unexpected seed bead shape. Any beading needle will work and most threads fit fine.
We can fill large orders for quantity on a special order basis, so if you order 6 or more tubes it may take additional time to fill your order.
